Lanthanum Ionization Energy

The Lanthanum Ionization Energy is the energy required to remove from atom one mole of electrons with subsequent production of positively charged ion of Lanthanum.
La -> La+ + e-
This process can be repeated many times, but the energy cost is increased dramatically. The general equation for the Lanthanum is:
LaN+ -> La(N+1)+ + e-

Ionization Energy

La -> La1+ = 538.1 kJ/mol = 128.73 Kcal/mol
La1+ -> La2+ = 1067 kJ/mol = 255.26 Kcal/mol
La2+ -> La3+ = 1850 kJ/mol = 442.58 Kcal/mol
La3+ -> La4+ = 4819 kJ/mol = 1152.87 Kcal/mol
La4+ -> La5+ = 6400 kJ/mol = 1531.10 Kcal/mol
La5+ -> La6+ = 7600 kJ/mol = 1818.18 Kcal/mol
La6+ -> La7+ = 9600 kJ/mol = 2296.65 Kcal/mol
La7+ -> La8+ = 11000 kJ/mol = 2631.58 Kcal/mol
La8+ -> La9+ = 12400 kJ/mol = 2966.51 Kcal/mol
La9+ -> La10+ = 15900 kJ/mol = 3803.83 Kcal/mol
